How do I use the information collected?
Your email is not shared, sold, traded or posted on site by me for public view. I use your information to answer your request, and to send a periodic email/newsletter/thank you. The guest books are viewable by the public and provided by third parties. Anything you post can be seen and used by anyone. Winners from the Giving Words Award Program are posted on the site as are link exchanges that are approved. The Winners Wall for the Giving Words Topsites will have links to the winning sites each month. Website Tools are to show how my web site is working, searched, viewed and hits received. The Add A Link is provided by a third party. Only your site name, site url, and site description is required and will be viewable by the public.To Opt Out

The MP3's used are from Muzic where artists license their songs using the Creative Commons Share Music License so that I can legally download and share all MP3's found at Muzic. I am not remixing or using this music for any commercial purposes without permission from the artist.
Terms of Use
The award graphic was created to present to all winners of Giving Words so they might display on their web site with a link back to Giving Words.- There is no obligation for winners to add the graphic to their site, however if the graphic is used it must be linked back to http://givingwords.com and remains the copyright of Cynthia Jones. The award graphic may not be altered or used in any other way than intended.
- To promote literacy, all winners will remain listed at Giving Words Award Program rather they should decide to add the award graphic to their site or not. However, should a winner's site content radically change making them ineligible for an award or if the terms of use have been compromised, the award will be revoked, the site will be removed from the winner's list, and owner will be asked to remove the graphic from their site.
