At the Top of This Tree

Serenity, basking in the embrace
Of my favorite sycamore tree
I feel hugged, loved and free
High atop this tree, just god and me
Leaving my painful world behind
From up here I can see
Beyond horizons, beyond limitations
Beyond pain
Up here I can see
Down there, I am not this free
But here I am, at the top of this tree

Review and Commendation

Brennie's Dreamscape and Spiritual Inspirations is made to motivate and flows with the same kind of essence that is found in every read presented and that does in fact inspire. My emotions were stirred from the many verses authored by Brennie herself as well as many from her visitors. Each piece works to inspire and touches the reader through challenges, short stories, affirmations, dreams, a gratitude journal, inspired readings, poetry, quotes, thoughts, wisdom tidbits and wishes at the wishing well. Brenda clearly accomplishes the task she has set out to do by taking the visitor on a tour of their own senses and with an open mind one is led to look for their best and to discover their own happiness.

At the entrance we are introduced to the idea that happiness is a choice and we personally hold the power to have that within our lives. That is not only a beautiful message but one that deserves to be promoted again and again. When each visit was finished, I found myself smiling and feeling differently than I had felt when I first arrived. The love and care that the author admits to giving to this site surely does show through. I would encourage anyone to visit Brennie's Dreamscape for a postitive and uplifting experience.
